As a Sales Engineer at Kognitos, you will act as the technical expert in the sales process, partnering with our sales team to demonstrate the value of our AI automation platform to prospects and clients. You’ll leverage your technical knowledge, and automation technologies, to design and present tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and drive revenue.

Partner with sales to understand client requirements and design technical solutions.

Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-value to prospective clients.

Client Focus - Translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success, Product and Engineering, to tailor solutions for client needs.

Respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and proposals as needed.

Conduct discovery sessions to assess client workflows, automation opportunities, and integration requirements.

Serve as a subject matter expert on Kognitos’ platform capabilities, integrations, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on customer requirements and potential product improvements.

Support post-sales handoff to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.
