Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email, profile photo (via Google or email signup).
• Resume content you upload or paste.
• Job preferences: target role, location, work mode, visa status, salary.
• Your interactions: saved / applied / hidden jobs, tracker notes, copilot chats.
• Standard web logs: IP, user-agent, timestamps — for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

• Match jobs to your resume and profile.
• Generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and outreach messages.
• Remember what you've saved, applied to, or hidden.
• Send you product updates (only if you opt in at signup).
• Debug issues and prevent abuse.

3. What we share

We don't sell your data. Resume content and prompts are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) for tailoring and scoring — under their enterprise agreements with no training on your content. We use Firebase for authentication and Google Cloud for hosting. That's it.

4. Your rights

• Export your data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.
• Delete your account — removes all resumes, chats, and tracker data within 30 days.
• Ask us anything: email privacy@hireflow.app.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Firebase handles authentication. We follow standard security hygiene but can't guarantee absolute security during the beta period.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in and session management. No ad tracking, no third-party analytics selling your activity.
