1. Beta Service

Lumi AI is in closed beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We do our best to keep the service working but cannot guarantee uptime or data preservation during the beta period.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for any activity on your account. You must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States (citizen, permanent resident, or on a valid visa) to use the job-matching features.

3. Acceptable Use

Don't scrape the site, don't submit false resume data, and don't use Lumi to send spam or abuse employers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-Generated Content

Tailored resumes, cover letters, and other AI output are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing everything before sending it to an employer.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Lumi helps you apply to jobs — it does not guarantee interviews, offers, visa sponsorship, or employment of any kind.
