As an Onsite Human Resources Manager, you will be the dedicated HR leader for our brand new Pleasant Prairie Fulfillment Center. This is a hands-on role where you will partner directly with FC leadership, managing all HR functions for a large, dynamic workforce. You ll be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and compliantly.

Serve as the primary HR partner for the Pleasant Prairie Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.

Manage the full employee lifecycle for our workforce, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

Lead employee relations efforts, conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

Drive HR program implementation at the site level, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies within the fulfillment center.

Analyze HR data to identify trends, recommend solutions, and contribute to site-specific HR strategies.

You should have:

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, warehouse).

Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.

Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership to achieve business and people objectives.

Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
