Group Product Manager, Payments Core

Required

• 10+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in payments infrastructure, payment processing, or fintech platforms.
• Track record of owning and driving product strategy for large-scale payment processing systems, including building or scaling payment rails, bank/network integrations, routing/processing systems, or payment method platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments, with fluency across the intersection of product, engineering, finance, compliance, and operations.
• Proven ability to engage deeply with engineering on system architecture, APIs, reliability engineering, and distributed systems for payment processing at scale.
• Experience leading through influence, driving alignment across engineering, finance, compliance, and business stakeholders, and articulating complex platform strategy and investment tradeoffs to senior and executive leadership.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

• $243,865 $286,900 USD
